<h4 data-start="0" data-end="18"><strong data-start="0" data-end="18">Specific Role:</strong></h4> <p data-start="20" data-end="416">We’re looking for a forward-thinking and highly capable Senior UX Designer (AI-Enabled) to help shape intuitive, high-impact digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. In this role, you’ll design data-rich applications and user experiences that transform complex information into clear, actionable insights—while leveraging AI-driven tools to accelerate design workflows and innovation.</p> <p data-start="418" data-end="644">You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, user-centered solutions in Accountabilities:</strong></h4> <ul> <li data-start="678" data-end="1568">Lead end-to-end UX design processes from discovery through delivery for web and mobile applications</li> <li data-start="678" data-end="1594">Qualifications:</strong></h4> <ul> <li data-start="1596" data-end="2316">3+ years of UX design experience for web and mobile applications</li> <li data-start="1596" data-end="2316">Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience using Figma AI tools in conjunction with Claude</li> <li data-start="1596" data-end="2316">Proven experience designing data-rich applications with complex dashboards and visualizations</li> <li data-start="1596" data-end="2316">Strong understanding of data visualization principles and effective communication of complex datasets</li> <li data-start="1596" data-end="2316">Demonstrated ability to work on complex, fast-paced projects with multiple stakeholders</li> <li data-start="1596" data-end="2316">Strong portfolio showcasing UX process, problem-solving, and impactful design outcomes (including data visualization work)</li> <li data-start="1596" data-end="2316">Proficiency in Figma and modern UX/UI design workflows</li> <li
