Press Brake Operator - 2nd Shift at EMIT Technologies, Inc.

<h4><strong>Specific Role:</strong></h4> <p>Press brake machine operation plays a key role in EMIT’s manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for the performance and utilization of their respective machines.</p> <h4><strong>Key Accountabilities:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Execute daily production schedules while ensuring all finished products meet specified quality standards</li> <li>Maintain organization of manufacturing orders (MOs), including transferring finished work to pallets and properly labeling parts</li> <li>Maintain accurate job and production status in OSEON</li> <li>Keep work areas organized, clean, and free of potential hazards</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Qualifications:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training in manufacturing or fabrication preferred</li> <li>1+ years of experience operating press brake machines or similar manufacturing equipment preferred</li> <li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings</li> <li>Basic understanding of measurement tools (calipers, tape measures, gauges)</li> <li>Familiarity with production tracking systems (e.g., OSEON or similar ERP/MRP systems) preferred</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet production deadlines</li> <li>Good communication and teamwork skills</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Physical and Safety Requirements:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs. repeatedly</li> <li>Stand, walk, and move for an entire shift</li> <li>Always use applicable PPE</li> <li>Follow safety protocols when using tools and handling materials</li> </ul> <h4 style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 7pt; font-family: Arial; font-size: 10pt; color: black; text-align: center;">&nbsp;</h4> <h4 style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 7pt; font-family: Arial; font-size: 10pt; color: black; text-align: center;">&nbsp;</h4> <h4 style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 7pt; font-family: Arial; font-size: 10pt; color: black; text-align: center;">We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome candidates from all backgrounds.</h4><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Pay Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$18</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$20 USD</span></div></div></div>
