<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">As a <strong>People Shared Services Associate</strong> at our organization, your responsibilities include employee data management such as contract administration, certificate generation, benefit data administration, and archiving personnel documents in Workday, while maintaining high-quality HR master and movement data. Ensuring data accuracy, updating records, and reporting issues to the team are crucial aspects of your role. You'll collaborate with respective stakeholders to enhance the employee experience, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to overall team goals. Additionally, you'll handle ad-hoc admin processes to support operational efficiency.</span></p>
<h3><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong>What you’ll do</strong></span></h3>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Facilitate employment life cycle data management and changes such as but not limited to onboarding, contract processing, new hire registration and profile creation, job detail changes/ movements, competency/training requirements, off boarding etc.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Facilitate time registration, and travel and bill expenses administration.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Leave administration and other relevant employees benefit data administration in the system.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Responsible for document management related to courses, performance management, training into the systems, including issuance of employment certificates and other relevant documents.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Maintain and update competence file and support in electronic filing system structure.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Maintains HR master data and movement data in the system by to ensuring high Degree of data quality.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Administrating digital applications such as DocuSign and other relevant document management.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Ensures document archiving of all personnel-related documents in the HR system.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Ensure continuous alignment and improvement of HR processes and practices across the organization.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Participate in activities related to tasks such as training, audit, and creation and review of Standard Operating Procedure, when applicable.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Keeps the data updated in Workday and corrects whenever applicable data if needed.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Ensures data accuracy and correct flow of information to the relevant stakeholders involved in the daily activities.</span></li>

<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Has experience and knowledge of HR processes, systems, and tools within the various stages of the employee lifecycle.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Has proven skills in managing, understanding, and executing of ERP systems and tools, database functionality, and reporting.</span></li>
