We strive to instill in all of our employees:</p> <ul> <li>A positive mental attitude that helps us to be a leader in the industry</li> <li>A commitment to building strong relationships, both inside and outside the organization</li> <li>A desire to learn, grow, and contribute to moving our strategy forward</li> <li>A need to create and to innovate</li> </ul></div><p><span style="color: #007635;"><strong>Employment Type:&nbsp;</strong><span style="color: #000000;">Regular Full-Time</span></span></p> <p><span style="color: #007635;"><strong>Shift: </strong><span style="color: #000000;">&nbsp;2nd Shift</span></span></p> <p><span style="color: #007635;"><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="color: #007635;"><strong>Work Status:</strong></span> On-site</span></span></p> <p><span style="color: #007635;"><strong>Position Summary:&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <p>The Quality Process Auditor performs first piece, in-process and finished product inspections.&nbsp; They monitor the machining, assembly and testing operations to assure that the products comply to their specifications and perform incoming inspections as needed.&nbsp;</p> <p>Measures of success:</p> <ul> <li>Perform daily audits of all cells and fill out associated paperwork to document checks.</li> <li>Identify opportunities to improve cell performance.</li> <li>Identify one area to implement statistical process control (SPC) techniques on an annual basis</li> <li>Perform final inspection of commercial pump finished goods to ensure compliance with order requests and acceptable paint quality.</li> </ul> <p>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Performs first piece inspection on all machines in the commercial and residential product areas.</li> <li>Performs in-process inspections on a routine audit basis to assure that parts are being machined properly, that components are correctly assembled, and that the completed products are properly tested to established testing procedures.</li> <li>Performs finished product inspections to assure that the product conforms to specifications in terms of painting, packaging and markings.</li> <li>Remains familiar with the product lines in terms of operation and function, material requirements, machining requirements, assembly operations, testing procedures, and calibration procedures.</li> <li>Uses gauges, tools, manufacturing process sheet (MPS) methods and test equipment required to properly inspect or verify conformance of parts or products to drawing specifications.</li> <li>Uses quality assurance principles such as statistical sampling, frequency distribution and control charts.
