We’re backed by Accel, Lightspeed, NfX and other top-tier investors.</p> <p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a strategic and people-focused <strong>HR &amp; People Operations Manager</strong> to build and lead our People function. This role is crucial for shaping our culture, driving employee engagement, and building the scalable HR infrastructure necessary to support our rapid growth.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p><em><strong>Talent Acquisition &amp; Onboarding:</strong><strong><br><br></strong></em></p> <ul> <ul> <li>Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to interviewing and offers.</li> <li>Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding experience to ensure new hires are set up for success.</li> </ul> </ul> <p><em><strong>People Operations &amp; Systems:</strong><strong><br><br></strong></em></p> <ul> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with our values and comply with employment laws.</li> <li>Oversee benefits and compensation administration, manage the HRIS platform for data accuracy, and ensure regulatory compliance.</li> <li>Generate and analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decision-making.</li> </ul> </ul> <p><em><strong>Employee Experience &amp; Development:</strong><strong><br><br></strong></em></p> <ul> <ul> <li>Foster positive employee relations and serve as a trusted resource for all team members.</li> <li>Develop and implement performance management processes and career development pathways.</li> <li>Design and deliver training programs to support employee skill development and leadership growth.</li> </ul> </ul> <p><em><strong>Culture &amp; Organizational Development:</strong><strong><br><br></strong></em></p> <ul> <ul> <li>Lead and champion initiatives to strengthen company culture and employee engagement.</li> <li>Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace.</li> <li>Support leadership and teams through organizational changes, helping them navigate transitions effectively.</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>What we are looking for</strong></p> <p><strong><em>Must-haves:</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li> <li>5+ years of experience in HR operations or people management roles, preferably in fast-growing companies.</li> <li>In-depth understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and people operations.</li> <li>Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite.</li> <li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.</li> </ul> <p><strong><em>What helps you stand out:</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>A SHRM-CP/PHR certification.</li> <li>Direct experience scaling HR processes in a rapid-growth or startup environment.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li> <li>Equity in a rapidly growing company.</li> <li>Opportunity to work in a fast-paced startup at the forefront of fintech innovation.</li> <li>Opportunity to make a significant impact on global financial infrastructure</li> <li>Collaborative work culture with emphasis on personal and professional growth.</li> </ul> <p>We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
