<p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p>
<p>We are looking for a <strong>Talent Lead</strong> to build and scale OpenFX's talent acquisition function and contribute to broader people operations as we grow. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and knows how to attract exceptional talent across multiple geographies.</p>
<p>You will own the full recruiting lifecycle — from sourcing strategy and employer branding to offer negotiation and agency management — while also contributing to onboarding, workforce planning, and hiring analytics. You will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership across engineering, product, compliance, operations, and go-to-market teams to ensure we hire the right people at the right time.</p>
<p>This role reports to the Head of People Operations & Talent and is based in any of our core locations: Miami, London, Dubai, or Bengaluru.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Talent Acquisition & Recruiting</strong>
<ul>
<li>Own and execute end-to-end recruiting across all functions, from opening a role through close, with a focus on quality, speed, and candidate experience.</li>
<li>Build and manage sourcing strategies across multiple channels — direct outreach, referrals, job boards, events, and partnerships — to develop a strong, diverse pipeline.</li>
<li>Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies and staffing partners, including contract negotiation, performance tracking, and cost optimization.</li>
<li>Drive employer branding initiatives to position OpenFX as a destination for top-tier talent in fintech, payments, and infrastructure.</li>
<li>Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate on candidate profiles, and run structured interview processes.</li>
<li>Own offer construction and negotiation, ensuring competitive and equitable compensation packages aligned with internal bands and market data.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><strong>Onboarding & New Hire Experience</strong>
<ul>
<li>Design and continuously improve the global onboarding experience to ensure new hires are set up for success from day one.</li>
<li>Coordinate cross-functional onboarding logistics — equipment, systems access, buddy programs, and first-week schedules — across all locations.</li>
<li>Gather structured feedback from new hires to identify gaps and iterate on the onboarding process.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><strong>Workforce Planning & Hiring Analytics</strong>
<ul>
<li>Partner with leadership to develop quarterly and annual headcount plans aligned with business objectives and budget.</li>
<li>Build and maintain hiring dashboards and reporting — pipeline health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, and diversity metrics.</li>
<li>Use data to identify bottlenecks, forecast hiring needs, and drive continuous improvement in recruiting operations.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><strong>Recruiting Operations & Systems</strong>
<ul>
<li>Own the Greenhouse ATS configuration, workflows, and data hygiene to ensure efficient and consistent hiring processes.</li>
<li>Develop and document standard operating procedures for recruiting — intake meetings, interview loops, scorecards, feedback collection, and dispositioning.</li>
<li>Evaluate and implement tools and systems to improve sourcing, scheduling, assessments, and candidate communication.</li>

<p><strong>What we are looking for</strong></p>
<p><strong>Must-haves:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>7–10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity at a high-growth startup or scale-up.</li>
<li>Proven track record of hiring across multiple functions (engineering, product, operations, compliance, go-to-market) and geographies.</li>
<li>Deep experience managing the full recruiting lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and close.</li>
<li>Strong experience with Greenhouse or a comparable ATS, including workflow design, reporting, and process optimization.</li>
<li>Experience managing external agency relationships, including negotiation and performance management.</li>
<li>Hands-on, execution-oriented leader who can operate as both a strategic partner and an individual contributor.</li>
<li>Excellent judgment and communication skills — you know how to calibrate with hiring managers, advise leadership, and represent OpenFX to candidates.</li>
<li>Experience hiring in at least two of our core regions: US, UK/Europe, UAE/Middle East, or India.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What helps you stand out:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure.</li>
<li>Familiarity with PEO/EOR employment arrangements for international hiring.</li>
<li>Experience building employer brand programs, careers pages, or talent marketing campaigns.</li>
<li>Exposure to workforce planning, compensation benchmarking, or people analytics.</li>
<li>Experience with Rippling or similar HRIS platforms.</li>
