We take pride in all we do and in our Associates which is why we offer competitive pay and compensation, benefits, growth opportunities, and more!</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The&nbsp;<strong>Service Technician - Level IV&nbsp;</strong>role is responsible for the complex installation, maintenance, start-ups and repair of commercial HVAC systems, including complex unitary, chilled water systems, building automation systems and specialty products, as well as, mastery of safe work practices daily while providing a high level of customer service to complex customer accounts. &nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Opportunities for relocation assistance to North Carolina.</strong></span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</strong>include the following:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Responsible for servicing products and equipment on complex accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Performs timely preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as needed or requested by customers.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Provide guidance, advice, feedback and support less experience Brady technicians on your and other teams, including office personnel.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Perform repairs, overhauls, and start-ups of complex commercial HVAC systems.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Uses a variety of hand tools, following blueprints, wiring diagrams, piping schemes or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Documents work by completing paperwork on each job daily and closing out jobs in a timely manner.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Determines parts to order for repairs and timeliness of need.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Prepare for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials and coordinating on-site work, as necessary.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Provide technical support and act as a resource for customers.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Knowledgeable with the products and services offered by Brady and effective in the sales of those products and services.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Works independently the majority of the time.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Supervises complex jobs with multiple technicians.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Supports Field Supervisor Actions by having a positive attitude, encouraging other to do the same.
