<p><strong><span data-contrast="none">Technical Support Representative - Night Shift</span></strong></p> <p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;We are seeking an organized, efficient, and detail-oriented Technical Support Representative. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and the problem-solving skills necessary to provide effective support and maintenance.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br>- Provide comprehensive support, repair, and assistance to retail locations regarding POS software and hardware issues.&nbsp;<br>- Repair and maintain equipment, including Point of Sale terminals, scanners/scales, printers, drawers, monitors, keyboards, and computers, along with their relevant software.&nbsp;<br>- Assist in the setup and installation of new hardware and POS-related software.&nbsp;<br>- Perform troubleshooting on core system remote devices.&nbsp;<br>- Engage in various computer-related break-fix repairs as needed.&nbsp;<br>- Effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently while maintaining strong communication with store staff.</p> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br>- Proven experience and knowledge in replacing, configuring, and setting up new hardware and software.&nbsp;<br>- Strong understanding of POS hardware (including all peripherals)&nbsp;<br>- Proficient in electronic troubleshooting at the board level, with capabilities to repair terminals, computers, and peripherals at the component level.&nbsp;<br>- Proficient in networking.</p> <p><strong>You need to have your own equipment that you can use, including dual monitors and a strong wired internet connection.</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>If you are a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
