<p><span data-contrast="auto">We are currently seeking a </span><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Maintenance Manager, Stamping</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto">. This role requires an experienced professional capable of leading a team of up to 50 employees. The successful candidate will have experience supporting new plant launches, maintaining XL tandem press lines, and working with blanking lines.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">This position oversees the Maintenance department within the stamping facility and partners closely with Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Finance to implement new processes and manage change. The ideal candidate demonstrates a proactive approach, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast pace manufacturing environment.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></p>
