The Stamping Process Engineer will be responsible for taking the lead role in designing new stamping equipment’s, improvement for current equipment’s and processes at Lucid. The Stamping Process Engineer will work very closely with Manufacturing Operation teams, Logistics, Manufacturing and Product Engineering, New Product Introduction, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the Stamping process is properly designed and implemented. development of quality control plans, quality checks and statistical process control (SPC) that supports variability reduction and prevent internal costumer impacts.</span><span data-contrast="auto">Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">5-8+ years of Stamping Process Engineering experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment with an emphasis Aluminum and Steel stamping dies and tools required.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Proven engineering experience in stamping processes, equipment’s and the dies.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Passion for results, strategy, and hands on execution.
