<p><span data-contrast="auto">We are seeking a highly skilled and strategically minded Senior Specialist to lead both product and project management initiatives within the Logistics Planning department. This hybrid role combines the responsibilities of logistics product planning and cross-functional project leadership, requiring deep expertise in supply chain systems, change management, CAPEX planning, and Agile methodologies.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">You will serve as the logistics representative in product development and sourcing decisions, while also managing complex logistics projects from concept through execution. This role demands strong analytical skills, executive-level communication, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Manage assigned logistics planning and product-change projects from planning through implementation, using Agile and hybrid management methods.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Represent logistics interests in product sourcing decisions, Model Line meetings and make-versus-buy analysis discussions.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Coordinate the Evolution of logistics costs, related to Aeko evaluations and KPIs related to product changes.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Coordinate the evaluation of part changes from a logistics perspective, including packaging, routing, warehouse impact, and material flow.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Lead change management processes for part changes, including impact assessments, budget planning, and implementation tracking.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Coordinate high-level logistics projects tied to product development, including layout changes and new model integration.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Procurement, Production, IT, and Finance teams.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Prepare presentations and recommendations for department leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Monitor and control project budgets, timelines, risks, and resources.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Identify and implement process improvements and best practices in logistics and supply chain planning.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Support and coordinate Material Flow Engineers and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Location & Travel Expectations</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li>This role will be based out of the Scout Motors location in <strong>Blythewood, South Carolina. </strong></li>
<li>This role requires 4-5 days per week in the office, with regular in-person meetings and events. </li>
<li>Applicants should expect that the role will require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and travel to participate in events on behalf of the company from time to time.</li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Masters preferred. An equivalent amount of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics engineering, material flow, supply chain planning, manufacturing logistics, or project management..</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">PMP certification desired; Agile PM certification (e.g., PMI-ACP, Scrum Master) strongly preferred.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Proven success managing complex, multi-departmental projects and product lifecycle logistics planning.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience supporting CAPEX planning, cost analysis, and project budget tracking.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Advanced proficiency in project and engineering tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, SAP, Smartsheet, Pack Assist, Catia V5).</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ability to lead cross-functional teams and provide logistics input and recommendations to support sourcing and product decisions from a logistics perspective.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Familiarity with ISO standards, sustainability initiatives, and regulatory compliance (e.g., DOT, OSHA VBA, IATSA).</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
</ul>

<h4>Pay Transparency</h4>
<p>This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.</p>

<p>Initial Base Salary Range: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00</p>
