This role owns the commercial success of key Benelux partners focusing on Belgium, including Media Markt, Krefel and Fnac/Vanden Borre. You will lead both the strategic direction and day-to-day execution of your accounts, applying a rarely satisfied mindset to continuously raise the bar on performance. Success in this role requires strong commercial ownership, data-driven decision making, and the ability to move with impatience for action in a fast-paced, consumer-obsessed environment.  The position in based in the Netherlands / Belgium (remote).  Responsibilities  <ul> <li>Take full ownership of key Benelux accounts, including Media Markt, Krefel and Fnac/Vanden Borre, acting as the commercial lead for your portfolio. </li> <li>Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies that exceed sales margin, and profitability targets across assigned accounts and product categories. </li> <li>Optimize shelf performance by managing product listings, content, assortment, and availability, leveraging platform-specific tools to maximize visibility and conversion. </li> <li>Plan and coordinate commercial activities, including Retail Media and instore activation, to drive traffic, conversion, and return on investment. </li> <li>Own demand forecasting for assigned accounts and manage promotional investment to ensure alignment with sales targets and profitability KPIs. </li> <li>Lead commercial negotiations with retail partners, securing mutually beneficial agreements that support sustainable, long-term growth. </li> <li>Closely monitor market trends, competitor pricing, promotional activity, and sales performance to identify risks and unlock new growth opportunities within the Benelux landscape. </li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other commercial teams, communicating for impact to ensure flawless execution. </li> <li>Continuously challenge assumptions, embrace progress over perfection, and adapt quickly to changing market conditions to keep SharkNinja ahead of the competition. </li> </ul> Skills Required  <ul> <li>Proven experience managing major Benelux accounts, with strong knowledge of the Belgium market. </li> <li>Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable sales strategies. </li> <li>Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with confidence presenting performance insights and recommendations to diverse stakeholders. </li> <li>Highly analytical mindset combined with a strong bias for action and the ability to pivot quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. </li> <li>Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to win as a team across internal functions and external partners. </li> <li>Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. </li> <li>Fluent in English, Dutch and French.  </li> </ul>  <div class="content-conclusion"><div> Our Culture At SharkNinja, we don’t just raise the bar—we push past it every single day.  Our Outrageously Extraordinary mindset drives us to tackle the impossible, push boundaries, and deliver results that others only dream of.
