The position requires the ability to perform duties in a safe manner and adhere to company standards, practices and certifications. You will be tasked with maintaining shop environment and providing general building maintenance. Electrical Technicians may also be required to assist with field installations at customer locations. This is a permanent position reporting on-site in Longview, Texas.  You will:  <ul> <li>Assemble industrial control panels and small mechanical assemblies under the direction of the lead technician, engineer, or manager.</li> <li>Organize work in an efficient manner, complete assigned tasks, and maintain a neat work area.</li> <li>Maintain correct records of time to be charged to projects.</li> <li>Adhere to process and quality controls as well as follow all safety regulations.</li> <li>Take ownership for projects and their completion.</li> <li>Be an ambassador who embodies our <a class="Hyperlink SCXW197428163 BCX0" href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PNgpHEJiRb0" target="_blank">Core Values</a>, prioritizing the success of E Tech Group, our clients, and the professional development of our associates.</li> </ul> You have:  <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED.</li> <li>Instrumentation controls and 24V low voltage experience.</li> <li>Good Math Skills.</li> <li>Ability to read and understand assembly details.</li> <li>Ability to perform fabrication/assembly duties on various projects.</li> <li>Ability to read a measuring tape.</li> <li>Knowledge of basic hand tools and their proper use.</li> <li>Ability to work independently or in a group setting.</li> <li>Self-motivation with good attention to detail.</li> <li>Have basic computer skills.</li> <li>Willingness to be trained.</li> <li>A DNA comprised of collaboration and teamwork. </li> </ul> *Must be able to occasionally lifts items weighing up to 50 pounds You may:  <ul> <li>Be required to work at customer site</li> </ul> Benefits & Perks:  <ul> <li>401k + match + prompt enrollment.  E Tech Group employees are 100% vested upon entry. </li> <li>Prompt enrollment into Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits. </li> <li>Generous paid time off that includes paid vacation, paid holidays, paid family leave and sick time off. </li> <li>Learning and growth are key parts of the E Tech culture.
