<ul class="sc-ukg-side-nav sc-ukg-card sc-ukg-list sc-ukg-drawer-container">
<li class="sc-ukg-side-nav sc-ukg-card sc-ukg-list sc-ukg-drawer-container">Responsible for creating, verifying, and processing daily invoices</li>
<li class="sc-ukg-side-nav sc-ukg-card sc-ukg-list sc-ukg-drawer-container">Provide administrative support for all departments</li>
<li class="sc-ukg-side-nav sc-ukg-card sc-ukg-list sc-ukg-drawer-container">Receive daily job tickets, check tickets for description of work completed, extra parts used on the job, and required paperwork</li>
<li class="sc-ukg-side-nav sc-ukg-card sc-ukg-list sc-ukg-drawer-container">Audit job costs entered in the billing system and printed on tentative registers to billed amount daily, to assure costing is in line with the billed amount</li>
<li class="sc-ukg-side-nav sc-ukg-card sc-ukg-list sc-ukg-drawer-container">Maintain project folders where required, as needed</li>
<li class="sc-ukg-side-nav sc-ukg-card sc-ukg-list sc-ukg-drawer-container">Meet production goals and month-end processing requirements</li>
<li class="sc-ukg-side-nav sc-ukg-card sc-ukg-list sc-ukg-drawer-container">Other responsibilities as assigned</li>

<p class="sc-ukg-side-nav sc-ukg-card sc-ukg-list sc-ukg-drawer-container"><strong class="sc-ukg-side-nav sc-ukg-card sc-ukg-list sc-ukg-drawer-container">Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul class="sc-ukg-side-nav sc-ukg-card sc-ukg-list sc-ukg-drawer-container">
<li class="sc-ukg-side-nav sc-ukg-card sc-ukg-list sc-ukg-drawer-container">High School Diploma/GED required</li>
<li class="sc-ukg-side-nav sc-ukg-card sc-ukg-list sc-ukg-drawer-container">Previous experience in a similar role preferred</li>
<li class="sc-ukg-side-nav sc-ukg-card sc-ukg-list sc-ukg-drawer-container">Detail oriented team player with good interpersonal skills</li>
<li class="sc-ukg-side-nav sc-ukg-card sc-ukg-list sc-ukg-drawer-container">Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment</li>
<li class="sc-ukg-side-nav sc-ukg-card sc-ukg-list sc-ukg-drawer-container">Computer proficiency is required</li>
