This role demands a customer-centric and business-&nbsp;minded approach to achieve project delivery expectations. The PM leverages excellent&nbsp;communication skills to keep stakeholders informed, uses organizational skills to deliver&nbsp;projects on time, and anticipates risks to make proactive decisions. The Technical Project&nbsp;Coordinator ensures a best-in-class customer experience that aligns with and exceeds&nbsp;customer objectives and expectations, playing a critical role in setting up customers for long&nbsp;term success.</p> <p><br><strong>Essential Function &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Plan and prioritize customer objectives and balance internal resource availability.</li> <li>Manage customer stakeholder expectations on scope, priority, and timelines.</li> <li>Maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders throughout the customer<br>journey.</li> <li>Implement existing processes and tools to deliver efficient and effective<br>implementations.</li> <li>Ensure customer initiatives are delivered on time and meet expectations.</li> <li>Identify roadblocks or slowdowns and make them visible to the internal team.</li> <li>Assess historical trends and identify opportunities for optimization in project delivery.</li> <li>Apply project management best practices to keep initiatives on track and stakeholdersinformed.</li> <li>Engage in professional and proactive communication with customers at all project<br>milestones.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Testing Coordination &amp; Execution:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Help the Platform Product Manager test platform features&nbsp;and provide technical feedback to Engineering</li> <li>Coordinate testing phases with Ops: develop testing plans, get them data/tool access,<br>document all feedback</li> <li>Facilitate feedback review sessions with me and Engineering for prioritization<br>decisionsTrack issues through resolution</li> </ul> <p><strong>Cross-Team Workflow Facilitation:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Coordinate between Engineering, Ops, and other teams on tactical execution</li> <li>Follow up on dependencies and blockers so I don’t have to chase them</li> <li>Can represent the Platform so we can divide and conquer</li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree required.</li> <li>0-2 years of related professional experience.</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li> <li>Proven ability to meet deadlines with excellent time management skills.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate appropriately.</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.</li> <li>Knowledge or experience with Jira, Confluence, project management and AI tools</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="none">Location:</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="none">We are hiring for this position remotely in the US<strong>.
