Our agency is powered by the convergence of highly skilled people, a higher purpose, and the nexus of science and technology innovation.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>As a Project Manager, you'll own and manage client deliverables for an assigned brand, guiding development efforts and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality, and budget-friendly delivery. You'll advise on creative concept feasibility, plan resource assignments, and identify potential bottlenecks, proposing solutions to drive project success. You will maintain accurate and detailed administrative records, supporting agency processes and workflows.</p> <ul> <li>Manage mid-complexity, multichannel projects from concept to deployment.</li> <li>Enforce internal procedures and utilize project management tools to ensure timely and accurate execution.</li> <li>Serve as point-of-contact for project-related matters, managing 3rd party vendors and client relationships.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Editorial, Account, Finance, Creative, Technology, and Strategy.</li> <li>Communicate project updates and ideas effectively to various audiences.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in any area of study (preferred), with 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Production, Marketing Operations, or a related field.</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat, with basic knowledge of project management and financial management tools.</li> <li>Strong communication, organizational and financial aptitude skills.</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.</li> <li>Experience in pharmaceutical marketing and advertising, with knowledge of multichannel production a plus.</li> </ul> <p>The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health Group company in the United States.   Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees.
