You lead the team in developing budgets, schedules, and contracts, ensuring every phase aligns with client goals and Willmeng’s standards of excellence. You hire and manage subcontractors, oversee quality and safety, and proactively resolve challenges as they arise—whether in the field or with agency officials. Acting as the central point of communication, you connect owners, designers, and field teams, fostering collaboration, informed decision-making, and a solutions-driven approach that delivers results for our clients and communities.
