This role will manage Project Executives and lead our Public Safety work, including police stations, fire stations, evidence facilities, and crime labs. The Program Director will be expected to set project objectives, optimize resources, monitor schedule and budget performance, and step in to resolve issues to ensure successful delivery and strong client outcomes. The Program Director will work closely with project managers and project teams while regularly engaging stakeholders, organizational leaders, vendors/suppliers, and external clients.
