Home Health Registered Nurse, RN Visits at Bayada

<p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Valley Health at Home by BAYADA</strong> is seeking a compassionate and dedicated&nbsp;<strong>Registered Nurse, RN </strong>to join our team and work with adult and senior clients on a <strong>per visit </strong>basis. This is a full time position.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">At least one year of current or recent hands-on medical experience with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub-acute care or rehab units (medical or skilled nursing settings) is required. <span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Medicare Home Health and OASIS documentation experience highly preferred.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">As a home care Registered Nurse, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Perform client assessments as necessary</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Case management and coordination</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">A current license as a Registered Nurse in <strong>Nevada.</strong></span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Strong interpersonal skills.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Solid computer skills;
