Personalis is based in Fremont, California.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Summary:</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Advanced Technologies to lead a team in scoping, evaluating, and implementing cutting-edge advancements in sequencing, sample preparation and new assay creation. This role will drive innovation in our proprietary technologies, enhancing performance and expanding capabilities. Your contributions will play a key role in shaping the next generation of genomics-based precision medicine products, supporting immuno-oncology, cancer clinical trials, diagnostics, and therapeutics used by pharma, biotech, hospitals, and clinicians.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ph.D in a related field with 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in molecular biology.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Minimum of 5 years of management experience, with a proven ability to set a clear vision, establish expectations, and motivate teams to achieve results.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">The hiring range for this position is $240,000 to $285,000 per year, which may factor in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
