Revenue Operations Manager - Phoenix, AZ at Comprehensive Mobile Care

<p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Overview</strong><br>CMIC is seeking a sharp, operations-minded individual contributor to work closely with leadership as we scale a multi-state healthcare organization. This role is designed for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building structure from the ground up, and wants exposure to a growing healthcare business.</p> <p>You’ll partner directly with leaders across operations, billing, and technology to improve systems, document processes, and drive execution on high-impact initiatives that support growth across new and existing states.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as a power user of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, sales operations, technology / point solution integration, process optimization, reporting, and more</li> <li>Build, document, and continuously improve internal SOPs and workflows; key deliverable in Year 1 being buildout of Company Wiki</li> <li>Support operational readiness for new state launches and expansion</li> <li>Partner with administrative, billing, and collections teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency</li> <li>Support data analysis, reporting, and invoicing improvements to enhance visibility and accuracy</li> <li>Help roll out new tools, workflows, and process changes by training and supporting internal teams</li> </ul> <p><strong>Ideal Background</strong></p> <ul> <li>1–4 years of experience in operations, consulting, professional services, or a fast-paced startup environment</li> <li>Strong organizational skills with a bias toward execution and follow-through</li> <li>Comfortable working independently, managing multiple projects, and navigating ambiguity</li> <li>Curious, proactive, and motivated by building systems that scale</li> <li>Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, as well as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Quickbooks / accounting software is a major plus</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
