<p class="isSelectedEnd">We are seeking an Account Manager / Territory Sales Representative to help expand and support our presence throughout the Mesa/East Valley, Tucson, and Yuma markets.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships in person, thrives in territory-based sales, and is passionate about serving seniors and healthcare communities.</p>
<h3>Position Overview</h3>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">The Account Manager / Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with senior living communities, long-term care facilities, and healthcare partners throughout Arizona. This individual will manage territory growth through in-person visits, networking, facility onboarding, and resident insurance enrollment support.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">The ideal candidate is comfortable spending significant time in the field, enjoys relationship-driven sales, and understands the importance of compassionate service within senior care environments.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul data-spread="true">
<li>Conduct territory-based sales and marketing activities including:
<ul data-spread="false">
<li>In-person facility visits</li>
<li>Networking events</li>
<li>Phone outreach</li>
<li>Email communication</li>
<li>Drop-in relationship building</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Develop relationships with:
<ul data-spread="false">
<li>Senior living facilities</li>
<li>Skilled nursing facilities</li>
<li>Long-term care organizations</li>
<li>Corporate healthcare leadership</li>
<li>Community referral partners</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Support onboarding of new facility partners and ensure ongoing customer success</li>
<li>Coordinate with facilities to gather:
<ul data-spread="false">
<li>Leads</li>
<li>Facesheets</li>
<li>Payor setup reports</li>
<li>Documentation needed to support policy enrollment</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Assist residents with enrollment into CMIC insurance policies, with an emphasis on on-site enrollment support</li>
<li>Maintain accurate activity tracking and account updates within CRM systems</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal customer relations teams to:

<li>Resolve collections concerns</li>
<li>Support policyholders</li>
<li>Advocate for residents and facility partners</li>
</ul>

</ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<h3>Required</h3>
<ul data-spread="false">
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Experience in territory-based and/or in-person sales</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Comfortable with frequent travel throughout assigned territory</li>
<li>Basic Microsoft Office and computer proficiency</li>
<li>Self-motivated, organized, and relationship-driven</li>
</ul>

<li>Life Care Centers of America</li>
</ul>

<li>Active insurance license</li>
<li>Leadership potential and interest in future sales leadership opportunities</li>
</ul>

<h3>Schedule & Travel</h3>

<li>Territory includes Mesa/East Valley, Tucson, and Yuma</li>
<li>Travel up to approximately 3.5 hours at times within territory</li>

<h3>Compensation</h3>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">Compensation is competitive and will be based on experience, qualifications, and licensing status.</p>
