About the Role

Overview:  Play a vital role in Guidepoint’s success.  Guidepoint is seeking an entrepreneurial and outgoing individual to spearhead coverage of our Insights expert call and transcript library product for our Corporate Healthcare client base. As a liaison for our clients and salespeople, you will play a pivotal role in driving engagement and revenue growth within the rapidly expanding Insights product line. Leveraging your exceptional CRM skills, effective organization, and keen attention to detail, you will collaborate cross-functionally to maximize usage of our offering among our active trials and current subscribing clients. This highly visible position will involve working closely with the Insights group heads to develop strategic plans for enhancing client engagement and retention. This is a hybrid role located in New York City. What You’ll Do:  <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Serve as an advocate for the Insights product with corporate healthcare clients and foster three-dimensional relationships with key stakeholders</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop personalized engagement plans for each client depending on therapeutic areas of focus, ongoing clinical trials of interest, and competing companies to effectively market Insights content</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Monitor and drive client engagement through direct outreach efforts: direct emails, product demonstrations, virtual and onsite meetings</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with sales team to ensure timely renewals and drive upsell opportunities</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Acquire valuable feedback and insights from clients to inform product development, marketing strategies, and sales efforts</li> </ul>  What You Have:  <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelors or masters degree from an accredited University, Healthcare-adjacent coursework is a plus</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">2+ years of professional work experience, with a focus on B2B product sales</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Understanding of the corporate org structure, the roles, responsibilities, and unmet needs of our corporate buyers, and ability to engage with senior business leaders with innovative content and ideas</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex issues into clear and concise messages</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience working with or using expert networks is a plus</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience selling into Pharma companies is a plus</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and a team-first collaborative approach</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to delivering results</li> </ul> What You Have:  <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university with major / degree preference, as applicable </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Years of experience requirement(s) with specific skills, as applicable </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Years of experience requirement(s) with specific technologies or kind of work, as applicable</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team atmosphere with minimal supervision</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong focus on quality, attention to detail, and addressing client needs </li> </ul> What We Offer:  The annual base salary range for this position is $75,000. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
