Keeley is a career destination with countless opportunities for advancement, and a world-class family culture that is centered around creating the best possible environment for our people to thrive.</strong></span></p></div><div> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Keeley Construction's Civil Group in Austin, TX, is looking to add an experienced <strong>Mechanical Project Superintendent </strong>to its team.</span></p> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Primary Responsibilities</span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage daily field operations for water and wastewater treatment plant construction projects.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Supervise self-perform crews and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Plan and sequence work activities, manpower, materials, and site logistics.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Oversee utility installations, process piping, mechanical systems, and equipment setting.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure compliance with project procedures, quality requirements, and safety standards.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Monitor production, maintain project schedules, and document daily field activities.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents to support field execution.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support startup, testing, punch list, and project closeout activities.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Complete all other duties as assigned.</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Minimum Qualifications</span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">10+ years of construction leadership experience required.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience with water and wastewater treatment plant construction projects required.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience with utility work, process piping, mechanical installations, and equipment setting.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, schedules, and contract documents.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">OSHA 30 certification and Procore experience preferred.</span></li> </ul> <p><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">#LI-AG1 #LI-Onsite</span></p> </div><div class="content-conclusion"><p style="text-align: center;"><em>All Keeley Brands (Keeley Construction Group, Keeley Properties, Keeley Restoration, Keeley Companies) do not accept unsolicited resumes from search firms, headhunters, or agencies.
