Primary Responsibilities <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Provide leadership for estimates and proposals including cost analysis, estimate coordination, as well as development and review of trade takeoffs and internal pricing. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Oversee all capital bids before submission. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Delegate new customer opportunities within estimating team. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Evaluate subcontract cost estimates and proposals, as well as preparing/reviewing self-perform estimates, and assembling final estimate for owner. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Drive and maintain all National Opportunities Reporting. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Perform productivity analysis of cost estimates, comparisons of scope, quantities, and cost data between projects. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Negotiate with and engage in subcontract solicitation during the bidding process and maintain master subcontractor/vendor lists by trade. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Compare and analyze competitive subcontractor and supplier bids. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Exceed expectations with excellent customer service, operational excellence, and strategic insight. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Maintain company quality standards with subcontractors and vendors while performing in a high-volume bid environment. </li> </ul>  Minimum Qualifications <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field plus a minimum of 5-7 years of experience performing primary responsibilities listed above.  </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Proficient with Outlook, Excel, and Word, along with estimating software. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Demonstrated experience with heavy civil construction projects, specifically water/wastewater treatment plants and process piping.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Ability to build and maintain a positive working relationship with staff, vendors, and clients. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Exceptional time management and customer relation skills. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">High attention to detail. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Ability to assist with writing proposals and reports. </li> </ul> #LI-AG1 #LI-Remote<div class="content-conclusion">All Keeley Brands (Keeley Construction Group, Keeley Properties, Keeley Restoration, Keeley Companies) do not accept unsolicited resumes from search firms, headhunters, or agencies.
