We’re looking for a smart, driven person to help the team do more — someone who takes ambiguous problems off our plate and turns them into shipped, adopted, measurable results.  This is a broad role, and deliberately so. In a given week you might map how an operational process actually works today, build a scrappy automation that saves the team hours, sit in a center watching the real workflow, pull data to settle a debate, and then own the rollout that makes a new tool actually stick. We care far more about horsepower, curiosity, and ownership than about a specific background — if you’re the kind of person who sees a manual, repetitive process and can’t help but fix it, you’ll fit here.  You’ll work directly with product, engineering, data and functional owners across clinical, operational, enrollment, and other enterprise teams. This position is also eligible for a target annual bonus of 10% of the base salary and may be eligible for additional incentive compensation, as applicable. The final compensation offered will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, education, certifications, geographical location, and business needs.  In addition, this position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance; paid parental leave, short- and long-term disability coverage; life insurance; flexible spending accounts; a 401(k) savings plan that includes a match; paid time off; and company paid holidays.  At-Will Employment Employment with Habitat Health is at-will.
