<p data-start="176" data-end="364"><strong data-start="176" data-end="233">Parento is redefining paid parental leave in the U.S.</strong> We partner with employers and benefits brokers to deliver the first fully integrated parental leave insurance and support program. We’re hiring a <strong data-start="381" data-end="407">top-performer </strong>to build and grow our presence across the West Coast and Mountain regions. This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role focused on developing broker relationships, creating pipeline, and closing new business. You’ll work directly with brokers, consultants, and PEO partners to bring a differentiated, mission-driven benefit to market - and play a key role in scaling a fast-growing, VC-backed company.</p>

<li data-start="848" data-end="935" data-section-id="gng2el">Build and manage relationships with benefits brokers, consultants, and PEO partners</li>
<li data-start="936" data-end="1006" data-section-id="1bodo32">Generate pipeline through broker partnerships and outbound efforts</li>
<li data-start="1007" data-end="1060" data-section-id="1tetsjo">Own deals from initial introduction through close</li>
<li data-start="1061" data-end="1151" data-section-id="imj4km">Expand Parento’s presence across key brokerage networks in the West & Mountain regions</li>
<li data-start="1152" data-end="1243" data-section-id="w5cxp1">Partner with internal teams to refine messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy</li>
<li data-start="1244" data-end="1318" data-section-id="1jy277x">Track activity and performance metrics to continuously improve results</li>

<ul data-start="1356" data-end="1861">
<li data-start="1356" data-end="1441" data-section-id="1aa48nq">3+ years of experience in employee benefits, insurance, PEO or HR-related sales</li>
<li data-start="1442" data-end="1505" data-section-id="8lieb5">Existing relationships with brokers, preferred</li>
<li data-start="1565" data-end="1627" data-section-id="ko7tf3">Proven ability to generate pipeline and close new business</li>
<li data-start="1628" data-end="1690" data-section-id="59cxp1">Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup environment</li>
<li data-start="1691" data-end="1757" data-section-id="1uvbnm1">Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills</li>
