About the Role

<p data-start="176" data-end="364"><strong data-start="176" data-end="233">Parento is redefining paid parental leave in the U.S.</strong> We partner with employers and benefits brokers to deliver the first fully integrated parental leave insurance and support program. We’re hiring a <strong data-start="381" data-end="407">top-performer </strong>to build and grow our presence across the West Coast and Mountain regions. This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role focused on developing broker relationships, creating pipeline, and closing new business.
