<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Core Purpose: To create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners.</strong></span></p></div><p>We’re looking for an experienced Talent professional to join our team as a strategic partner in a fast-growing, high-energy environment. This role is all about partnering with field leadership, building strong relationships and supporting our teams through thoughtful, people-first solutions.</p>
<p>Reporting to the Director of Talent Operations, you’ll help navigate employee relations, guide leaders on day-to-day people needs and collaborate with the Talent team to drive consistent processes and a great team member experience as we continue to grow.</p>
<p><strong>Job Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Partner with field leadership to align talent strategies with business goals and provide guidance on all people matters.</li>
<li>Lead complex employee relations issues, balancing compliance, risk and team member experience.</li>
<li>Coach leaders on performance management, engagement and team effectiveness.</li>
<li>Ensure consistency around company policies and labor laws across multiple states.</li>
<li>Support workforce planning, organizational changes and talent development strategies.</li>
<li>Oversee LOA, ADA, and workers’ compensation processes in partnership with leadership.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional talent teams to deliver programs, initiatives and system enhancements.</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>5 years of HR/Talent experience.</li>
<li>Minimum of 2 years' experience in People Operations/Human Resources in an HRBP or similar capacity.</li>
<li>Previous experience delivering HR/Talent results in a multi-unit, consumer-facing environment.</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of State and Federal labor laws and HR/Talent best practices.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, for interacting with team members, management, and vendors, i.e. calm, professional, and empathetic to all levels of management, team members, customers and vendors.</li>
<li>Excellent relationship building and influencing skills with people at all levels and in all functions.</li>
<li>Proficiency in HR/Talent and business systems including ADP, Greenhouse (ATS), Zendesk, Smartsheet, BI reporting tools, Bridge (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.</li>
<li>Strong detail orientation; systematic and thorough approach to problem solving; and good time management, organizational, and recordkeeping skills.</li>

<p><strong>Role Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Must be willing/able to travel to local locations as needed for talent matters.</li>
<li>Use of personal vehicle for local locations with relevant reimbursement.</li>
<li>Ability to regularly sit, stand, walk throughout the workday.</li>
<li>Ability to complete computer/desk work up to 8 hours a day.</li>
<li>Must successfully pass Background Check.</li>
<li>Must be legally able to work in the United States.</li>
