Quality Control Inspector at Rocket EMS

<p data-start="309" data-end="720">As an&nbsp;<strong data-start="315" data-end="335">QC Inspector</strong> at Rocket EMS, you will be a key part of ensuring that our high-reliability PCB assemblies meet the strictest quality standards. You’ll be responsible for first article inspections, in-process audits, and monitoring production quality across the SMT line. This role requires attention to detail, knowledge of IPC standards, and the confidence to stop a line when quality is at risk.</p> <h3 data-start="722" data-end="748"><strong data-start="726" data-end="746">Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul data-start="749" data-end="1642"> <li data-start="749" data-end="847"> <p data-start="751" data-end="847">Review job documentation (MPI, Deviations, ECOs, and Customer Requirements) before inspection.</p> </li> <li data-start="848" data-end="970"> <p data-start="850" data-end="970">Perform <strong data-start="858" data-end="891">SMT First Article Inspections</strong> and verify compliance with IPC-A-610 (Class 2 and 3) and customer standards.</p> </li> <li data-start="971" data-end="1100"> <p data-start="973" data-end="1100">Monitor throughput and quality on assigned lines; stop production if major defects are found and escalate issues immediately.</p> </li> <li data-start="1101" data-end="1200"> <p data-start="1103" data-end="1200">Provide <strong data-start="1111" data-end="1146">daily quality pass-down reports</strong> and update leads/supervisors on inspection results.</p> </li> <li data-start="1201" data-end="1311"> <p data-start="1203" data-end="1311">Raise and review Technical Inquiries for discrepancies;
