About the Role

<div><strong>Job Title:</strong> AV Solutions Consultant</div> <div><strong>Location:</strong> Lincoln, NE / Omaha, NE</div> <div> <p><strong>Salary Range</strong>: $70K - $80K</p> <p><strong>OTE</strong>: $160K-$180K</p> <p><strong>No Commission Cap</strong></p> </div> <div><strong><br>About the Role:</strong><br> <p>ECC is seeking an <strong>AV Technology Sales Rep.</strong> to design and deliver high‑performance <strong>Audio/Visual (AV)</strong> solutions for organizations across multiple markets. This is a consultative, technically driven sales role for someone who understands complex AV systems and enjoys working directly with clients, design teams, and contractors.</p> <p>You’ll serve as a trusted advisor—translating business needs into scalable AV solutions that create exceptional user experiences</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> </div> <div> <ul> <li>Sell integrated <strong>Audio/Visual (AV)</strong> systems and solutions to new and existing clients</li> <li>Lead complex, project‑based AV sales involving multiple stakeholders</li> <li>Engage directly with:</li> <li>Collaborate with General Contractors and Electrical Contractors throughout the project lifecycle</li> <li>Design customized AV solutions based on client goals, site conditions, and technical requirements</li> <li>Present and demonstrate AV solutions, system designs, and performance capabilities</li> <li>Act as a technical advisor—guiding clients on best practices, scalability, and system performance</li> <li>Partner with internal engineering and operations teams to ensure successful implementation</li> <li>Stay current on AV technology trends and competitive offerings</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> </div> <div> <p><strong>AV Technical Knowledge You’ll Use</strong></p> <ul> <li>AV network architectures</li> <li>Control systems and user interfaces</li> <li>Video display technologies (LED, projection, flat panel, etc.)</li> <li>Performance audio systems (including arrays)</li> <li>Distributed speaker systems</li> <li>End‑to‑end AV signal flow</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> </div> <div> <p><strong>What You Bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>2–10 years</strong> of experience selling AV technology systems or enterprise AV solutions</li> <li>Proven success selling <strong>complex, multi‑technology AV systems</strong></li> <li>Strong technical aptitude and comfort using AV industry terminology</li> <li>Experience working in project‑based environments with design teams and contractors</li> <li>Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences</li> <li>Experience as a Systems Operator is a plus</li> </ul> </div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div> <p><strong>Why ECC:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive compensation</li> <li>Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance</li> <li>Employer paid Short term and long-term disability Insurance</li> <li>401K with 4% match</li> <li>FSA and LSA</li> <li>PTO</li> <li>Growth opportunities in a fast‑advancing technology division</li> <li>Meaningful work improving patient safety, communication, and care efficiency</li> <li>A fun and inclusive culture</li> <li>Laptop/tech provided</li> <li>Cell phone stipend</li> <li>ECC merch stipend twice a year</li> <li>Every Friday is payday!</li> </ul> </div> <div>&nbsp;</div>
