<p>Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a team-oriented Anesthesiologist to join the anesthesia team at <strong>Bailey Medical Center</strong>. This is a well-supported, collaborative practice offering a predictable schedule, strong compensation, and the opportunity to work in a highly rated, modern facility.</p>
<p><strong>Position Highlights:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>$600,000 (1099) + 10 Weeks Off</li>
<li>$30,000 Sign-On!</li>
<li>M-Fr schedule, 7-3</li>
<li>Call requirement: one 48 hr weekend beeper call shift per month</li>
<li>Call is OR-only – no OB responsibilities for physicians</li>
<li>Daily Staffing: 1 MD + 5 CRNAs covering 5 sites of service</li>
<li>Case mix: GI, Gen Surg, Ortho, OB/GYN, ENT, Urology, Bariatrics, Plastics, and Podiatry</li>
