<p>We’re looking for a service-oriented Anesthesiologist to join the team at&nbsp;<strong>HCA Southeast Houston</strong>&nbsp;in Pasadena, TX. &nbsp;Located within the greater Houston metro area, HCA Southeast Houston is a multi-specialty trauma hospital that offers a broad scope of medical services.</p> <p><strong><u>Position Highlights</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>$600,000 (1099) for 39 weeks of service, 13 weeks off per year, plus <strong>Post Call Off</strong> for a total of 190 days off a year!</li> <li>$50,000 W2 Medical Director stipend plus full benefits</li> <ul> <li>Benefits include medical, dental, vision. 401(k) match on day one, CME Allowance</li> </ul> <li>This role is primarily for the&nbsp;<strong>OR.&nbsp;</strong>OB has a separate dedicated call team</li> <li><strong>Level III trauma center</strong> with acute case types including Neuro, General, GI, Ortho, gynecology, Urology, Radiology, Vascular, etc</li> <li>Four physician rotation, with the following monthly cadence:</li> <ul> <li>5 primary weekday call shifts (12h day followed by 12h call from home) per month with post call day off</li> <li>5-day shifts (8-hour day) per month</li> <li>2 primary weekend call shifts (24h shift from home) per month</li> <li>2 secondary weekend call shifts (24h shift from home) per month</li> <li><u>1 week completely off per month</u></li> <li><strong>POST CALL IS OFF!</strong></li> </ul> <li>Collaborative environment with 8 Physicians and 11 CRNAs</li> <li>Malpractice and tail coverage provided</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Board Certified or Board Eligible</li> <li>Recent experience in a level III trauma facility or above (within one year)</li> <li>Proficiency in managing patients undergoing neurosurgery</li> </ul> <p><strong>About Pasadena, TX</strong></p> <ul> <li>As part of the Houston/Woodlands/Sugar Land metropolitan area – It is conveniently located to every amenity you might want or need!</li> <li>Located 20-30 minutes away from two major airports</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>About Us:</u></strong></p> <p>Essential Anesthesia Management, a partnership between YPS and EmergencHealth, is a clinician-founded, clinician-led anesthesia management company striving to deliver the highest quality anesthesia care to both patients and hospitals alike.
