This role supports <strong>civil construction operations only</strong> and is best suited for a hands-on leader with strong field experience and the ability to self-perform work.</p> <p>We are an <strong>IBEW contractor</strong>; however, <strong>this is not a lineman position</strong>, and <strong>no electrical work is performed</strong>.</p> <strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> <ul> <li>Supervise and support field crew members, including carpenters and laborers, while assisting with overall project operations</li> <li>Support site leadership in executing daily work activities safely and efficiently</li> <li>Assist with project site logistics planning and work closely with the Project Manager on construction methods and sequencing</li> <li>Coordinate daily work plans, labor, and equipment needs</li> <li>Develop and maintain positive working relationships with owners, subcontractors, and vendors</li> <li>Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with company safety standards and OSHA regulations</li> <li>Coordinate with supervisory staff, engineers, and inspectors to resolve construction challenges and improve work methods</li> </ul> <strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong> <ul> <li>5+ years of related experience on large-scale civil, transmission, energy, or similar construction projects</li> <li>Proven self-perform experience in civil construction</li> <li>Strong leadership and crew supervision skills</li> <li>Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word is a plus</li> <li>OSHA 30-hour Card preferred</li> <li>IBEW membership required</li> </ul> <strong>Additional Information</strong> <ul> <li>Work includes concrete flatwork for substations, drilled shafts, and general civil and infrastructure projects</li> <li>Employment is subject to the terms of the applicable <strong>Collective Bargaining Agreement</strong></li> <li>All candidates must complete a selection assessment and pre-employment drug screening</li> </ul> <strong>EOE/AA M/F/Disabled/Vet</strong><br>#LI-LM1</div><div class="content-conclusion"><p style="text-align: center;"><em>All Keeley Brands (Keeley Construction Group, Keeley Properties, Keeley Restoration, Keeley Companies) do not accept unsolicited resumes from search firms, headhunters, or agencies.
