This role sets the strategic direction for the realty franchise portfolio, ensures franchise performance and accountability, and activates Magnolia’s brand, marketing, technology, and operational teams to support long-term growth. This leader will work closely with headquarters teams to drive brand consistency, geographic real estate strategy, marketing activation, sponsorship alignment, and technology implementation across the realty ecosystem.
