This position works from the Jewell Warehouse in Waco, Texas. It reports to the Operations Supervisor and has no supervisory responsibilities.  <span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":240,"335572071":0,"335572072":0,"335572073":0,"335572075":0,"335572076":0,"335572077":0,"335572079":0,"335572080":0,"335572081":0,"335572083":0,"335572084":0,"335572085":0,"335572087":0,"335572088":0,"335572089":0,"469789798":"nil","469789802":"nil","469789806":"nil","469789810":"nil","469789814":"nil"}"> ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  <ul> <li>Uphold Magnolia’s manifesto and values </li> <li>Responsible for the full life cycle of items (both inventory and supply pieces) within the Warehouse from initial receipt, quality inspection, and storage to shipping and order fulfillment. </li> <li>Operate company equipment daily including pickup truck and box trucks, with onsite training provided.  </li> <li>Responsible for loading, transporting, and delivering items to guests, businesses, and other Magnolia locations in a safe, accurate, and timely manner.  </li> <li>Communicate professionally with team members, dispatchers, and vendors to schedule, coordinate, and complete deliveries. </li> <li>Ensure utmost safety by completing equipment inspections, observing traffic laws and planned routes, notifying management of truck maintenance, and following safe unload practices. </li> <li>Properly secure items to ensure safety through full transportation to delivery location. </li> <li>Prepare all products physically for safe movement, storage, and shipment through the use of wrapping, proper packaging, and building pallets. </li> <li>Learn and utilize all available technology to perform daily tasks in all areas, including daily operation of RF device and performing transactions within the Warehouse management system. </li> <li>Maintain accurate inventory by performing proper transactions (cycle counts, item receipts, transfers, and fulfillments) and following the assigned standard operating procedures. </li> <li>Complete assigned daily duties, keeping Magnolia safety regulations as a top priority. </li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned </li> </ul>   QUALIFICATIONS <span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":240,"335572071":0,"335572072":0,"335572073":0,"335572075":0,"335572076":0,"335572077":0,"335572079":0,"335572080":0,"335572081":0,"335572083":0,"335572084":0,"335572085":0,"335572087":0,"335572088":0,"335572089":0,"469789798":"nil","469789802":"nil","469789806":"nil","469789810":"nil","469789814":"nil"}">  <ul> <li>Hard skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and RF devices preferred. </li> <li>Soft skills: Strong verbal communication skills and focused attention to detail. </li> <li>Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred. </li> <li>Experience: 0-1 years of related work experience preferred </li> <li>Special training or licenses/certifications: Valid driver’s license required. Box truck certification required (on-site training provided, CDL not required). For insurance purposes, must be at least 25 years of age or older. Forklift certification preferred (on-site training available). </li> <li>General availability: Must be available to work weekends</li> </ul>  PHYSICAL DEMANDS   While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear and taste or smell. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee is expected to utilize team lifting techniques when lifting bulky items or items weighing above 50 pounds and up to 120 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
