<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">We are seeking a <strong>dynamic and results-driven Account Manager</strong> to join our Supplier Sales team, focusing on the post-sale portfolio growth of our ePayment supplier network. This role is responsible for the overall <strong>health, adoption, and expansion</strong> of a fluid account base by employing <strong>consultative sales strategies</strong> to drive product conversion and revenue. You will act as a key internal partner, utilizing data-driven analysis to diagnose barriers to adoption, re-sell value, and serve as the <strong>voice of the supplier</strong> to influence product and operational improvements across the organization.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What You'll Do</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Manage</strong> a fluid portfolio of ePayment supplier accounts, with responsibility for increasing product adoption and expanding revenue through consultative sales strategies.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Develop</strong> and execute account-level strategies to drive conversion and adoption of our SaaS solutions.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Identify</strong> key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations and engage them through tailored outreach and business case development.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Partner</strong> closely with Customer Success, Product and Payment teams to ensure friction points are understood and addressed.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Deliver</strong> compelling, data-driven presentations, when appropriate, demonstrate ROI and influence executive buy-in.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Re-engage</strong> disengaged or underperforming accounts by diagnosing barriers to success and re-selling value based on tailored solutions.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Conduct</strong> discovery sessions, when appropriate, to uncover root causes of low adoption and build corrective action plans.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Identify</strong> opportunities for expansion, upsells, and service optimization as trust is rebuilt and value is realized.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Share</strong> learnings and best practices with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to help refine our go-to-market approach.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Represent</strong> the voice of the customer internally to help shape product and make operational improvements.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Review</strong> payment mix reports to identify trends, gaps and opportunities.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Maintain</strong> accurate pipeline forecasting and account notes in CRM.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What We're Looking For </strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>1-3 years of proven success</strong> in B2B SaaS sales or account management, with a strong track record of <strong>meeting or exceeding quota</strong> in complex, consultative sales cycles.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated ability to <strong>re-engage disengaged accounts</strong> and navigate multi-stakeholder deals up to the executive level.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Data-Driven Mindset:</strong> Proficiency in interpreting payment mix reports, CRM forecasting, and using tools like Excel to influence business outcomes and identify expansion opportunities (upsells/optimization).</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Exceptional Communication & Collaboration:</strong> Strong written and verbal consultative communication skills with a proven ability to <strong>influence cross-functionally</strong> (Product, CS, Payments) without direct authority.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience or strong familiarity with <strong>FinTech, Procurement, or AP/AR/Payment’s automation solutions</strong> is highly preferred.</span></li>
