Coordinates seating relocations as necessary.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Communicates any building deficiencies, Lost and Found items, security concerns, or safety issues to a supervisor. &nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Assists internal departments and third-party vendors with any necessary set-up prior to ingress. &nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site. &nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>What do you need to succeed? </strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Excellent hospitality, interpersonal and communication skills. &nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Comfortable handling customer situations in a highly sensitive, heightened, and urgent environment; comfortable working with large crowds.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Maintains a professional manner, presence, and appearance always while on premises/duty. &nbsp; &nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Prior Arena/Theatre Guest Services experience as an elevator operator, usher, or ticket taker preferred. &nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Special Requirements</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">General physical requirements include such as lifting up to 25 lbs., standing for prolonged periods, walking long distances, bending and constant motion is often required.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">May be exposed to theatrical smoke, strobe lights, pyrotechnics, intense sound, rapid motion video effects, smoke, and odors</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">May be deployed to outdoor posts that may be exposed to triple-digit temperatures, UV rays, high winds, or monsoon weather.
