Your role is to rapidly transform business questions into working applications, integrations, and automated workflows. You'll navigate complex corporate systems, connect disparate data sources, and build practical solutions that enable data-driven decision making at the highest levels of the organization. This role requires equal parts technical velocity and engineering judgment. RESPONSIBILITIES <ul> <li>Build rapid prototypes and proof-of-concept applications to answer executive-level business questions</li> <li>Explore and integrate existing corporate APIs, databases, and infrastructure to automate reporting and organizational workflows</li> <li>Design and implement data pipelines that synthesize information across multiple systems</li> <li>Transform manual processes into automated solutions with appropriate error handling and monitoring</li> <li>Collaborate directly with executive stakeholders to understand requirements and iterate on solutions</li> <li>Maintain clear documentation and write maintainable code despite aggressive timelines</li> <li>Leverage AI-assisted development tools (particularly Claude) to accelerate development cycles</li> <li>Evaluate and adopt appropriate technologies for each use case without over-engineering</li> </ul> QUALIFICATIONS <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)</li> <li>0-4 years of software development experience across multiple languages and frameworks</li> <li>Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to build working applications from ambiguous requirements</li> <li>Experience with REST APIs, authentication protocols, and common integration patterns</li> <li>Proficiency in at least two of: Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, or similar modern languages</li> <li>Practical experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data transformation</li> <li>Track record of shipping projects quickly without sacrificing code quality</li> </ul> PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE <ul> <li>Experience working directly with executive or senior leadership teams</li> <li>Proven ability to use AI-assisted development tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot, etc.) effectively</li> <li>Experience building internal tools, dashboards, or automation workflows</li> <li>Knowledge of data visualization libraries and frameworks</li> <li>Comfort operating in ambiguous environments with shifting priorities</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills for non-technical audiences</li> <li>Natural curiosity and self-directed learning ability</li> <li>Experience with ETL/data pipeline tools and orchestration frameworks</li> </ul> COMPENSATION <ul> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="2" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"hybridMultilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">Base Salary: $70,000 to $130,000</li> </ul> <ul> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="2" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"hybridMultilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="2" data-aria-level="1">Equity + Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental Leave </li> </ul> Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, location, and experience.  ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS <ul> <li>Work Location—Successful candidates will be located near Denver or Colorado Springs.
