In this role, you’ll support strong project practices, partner with continuous improvement teams, and help create successful outcomes for our teams and clients.   You will:  <ul> <li>Lead and own project execution across the Central Business Unit (BU) with support from the Central PMO team.</li> <li>Ensure project processes and transactions follow applicable policies and procedures.</li> <li>Partner with sales and proposal teams by helping select project leadership and providing input on key proposals.</li> <li>Monitor and share project performance updates against established KPIs.</li> <li>Manage the overall project execution forecast and work with BU leadership to support change management across the system.</li> <li>Build strong PM/client relationships by participating in executive reviews, supporting clear communication, and helping resolve issues and change orders.</li> <li>Work with the Director of Operations to conduct audits, identify improvement opportunities, and put process and procedure updates into action.</li> <li>Support project lifecycle workflows and tools from lead identification through closeout.</li> <li>Support non-project activities, including employee management, administration, and training systems.</li> <li>Collaborate with BU leadership to prioritize improvements and help lead approved initiatives through implementation.</li> <li>Ensure PMO team members have the resources, timing, and skill sets needed to support BU priorities.</li> <li>Provide supportive administrative leadership for the PMO team.</li> <li>Maintain a clear view of PMO team strengths and development opportunities through a SWOT matrix.</li> <li>Identify PMO team training needs and help close skill gaps through proactive support.</li> <li>Ensure project transactions align with company financial policies and project governance requirements.</li> <li>Maintain approval authority and threshold guidance for work initiation, purchase orders, change orders, and budget adjustments.</li> <li>Follow company SOPs, policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements while bringing accuracy, consistency, and quality to the work.</li> <li>Serve as an ambassador who embodies our <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PNgpHEJiRb0">Core Values</a>, prioritizing the success of E Tech Group, our clients, and the professional development of our associates.</li> </ul>   You have:   <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.</li> <li>15+ years of experience in industrial automation and/or integration or equivalent experience.</li> <li>5+ years of experience of project management inclusive of managing projects larger than $1M in value.</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to manage conflict, escalations, negotiate compromise & influence others, and problem solving.</li> <li>Strong attention to details and technicalities.</li> <li>Strong experience in managing relationships with senior management executives.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience in growing, supporting, and leading large-scale programs and projects/initiatives to successful completion and implementation.</li> <li>A DNA comprised of collaboration and teamwork.</li> </ul>   You may have:  <ul> <li>A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.</li> <li>Experience growing and standardizing a PMO.</li> <li>Experience supporting process optimization, waste reduction, quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives</li> </ul>   Travel up to 15% may be required to support operational reviews, audits, training activities, BU operations, customer engagements, and company meetings.   Benefits & Perks:  <ul> <li>401k + match + prompt enrollment.  E Tech Group employees are 100% vested upon entry. </li> <li>Prompt enrollment into Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits. </li> <li>Generous paid time off that includes paid vacation, paid holidays, paid family leave and sick time off. </li> <li>Learning and growth are key parts of the E Tech culture.
