About the Role

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Overview: </strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Guidepoint’s Human Resources (HR) team drives Guidepoint’s culture and company values of intellectual curiosity, tenacity, integrity, resourcefulness, responsibility, and service.&nbsp; We are currently looking for an HR Operations Specialist to support our dynamic HR team. The HR Operations Specialist will own the onboarding process for new employees and will provide general HR support. The ideal candidate has a high level of attention to detail and is a collaborative team player able to work in a fast-paced environment.&nbsp; This role is hybrid and requires on-site office attendance three times a week. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who already has experience in HR and is eager to get involved in all aspects within HR.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>This is a hybrid position based in our New York office.</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What You’ll Do: </strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Assist with the onboarding process for new hires including but not limited to:</span> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Running first day new hire orientation for in person and remote hires</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Creating and maintaining employee profiles in ADP Workforce Now and other websites</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Conducting background checks and I-9 verification in compliance with E-Verify</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Processing new hire documentation&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Scheduling new hire training</span></li> </ul> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Facilitate employee led corporate athletic league and Corporate Social Responsibility programs&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Monitor and respond to employee enquiries submitted through the HR Inbox Assist in the drafting of internal documentation including promotion documents, payroll status change forms, and employment verifications</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Maintain the HR Intranet page and new hire/promotions announcements</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Run and update monthly headcount reports&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Update global organization chart monthly</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ad hoc projects as requested</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What You Have: </strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with a minimum 3.0 GPA is required is preferred</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in human resources administration</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong project management skills with an ability to multitask and manage competing priorities</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential information</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">High-level of proficiency with Microsoft Suite: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to contribute ideas to the overall team&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What We Offer:</strong>&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The annual base salary range for this position is <strong>$60,000 to $68,000</strong>.
