This role serves as a key point of contact for families, providers, and Regional Center partners, ensuring timely communication, accurate documentation, and completion of onboarding and eligibility requirements. The Coordinator manages referral and provider pipelines, supports provider matching and onboarding activities, and partners cross-functionally to enable efficient and compliant service delivery.</p> <p data-start="619" data-end="649"><strong data-start="619" data-end="647">Primary Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul data-start="651" data-end="1383"> <li data-section-id="1rcj5n3" data-start="651" data-end="823">Coordinate intake activities by receiving, processing, and tracking consumer referrals while maintaining timely communication with families and Regional Center partners</li> <li data-section-id="1ahsi1h" data-start="824" data-end="960">Manage provider and consumer onboarding pipelines, ensuring progress through onboarding, service initiation, and required milestones</li> <li data-section-id="1q5hset" data-start="961" data-end="1095">Support provider onboarding activities including documentation collection, provider matching, scheduling, and onboarding readiness</li> <li data-section-id="1bbnrb" data-start="1096" data-end="1248">Maintain compliance and documentation standards by verifying eligibility requirements, certifications, background checks, and accurate recordkeeping</li> <li data-section-id="10yq4xu" data-start="1249" data-end="1383">Collaborate with Operations and Regional Center teams while maintaining tracking systems, reporting, and onboarding status updates</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>We are currently hiring 4 hybrid positions across California.
