You’ll make things happen–fast.</p></div><p><strong>About the role:</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Systems Administrator with deep expertise in collaboration and productivity platforms. This role is all about technical depth and ownership — architecting reliable systems, solving the toughest problems, digging into logs, writing automation, and owning the stability and performance of Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, Jira, and Office 365. You'll serve as a senior technical authority and escalation point, a trusted partner who thrives on solving what others can't, and an engineer who designs smarter, scalable ways to keep systems running seamlessly to drive employee productivity across the organization.</p> <p><strong>What You'll do:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as the final escalation point for <strong>complex incidents/requests</strong> across Slack, GSuite (Google Workspace), Zoom, ProofPoint, Jira, and Office 365.</li> <li>Lead deep technical troubleshooting at the application, integration, and infrastructure layers — including API calls, logs, and network dependencies.</li> <li>Configure, optimize, and maintain these platforms for performance, security, and scalability.</li> <li>Write and maintain <strong>automation scripts</strong> (PowerShell, Python, or similar) for repetitive tasks, reporting, and integrations.</li> <li>Diagnose and resolve <strong>authentication/SSO/MFA issues</strong> (Mainly Okta, some Microsoft AD).</li> <li>Analyze system and application logs to pinpoint root causes and prevent recurrence.</li> <li>Build and maintain integrations between enterprise tools (e.g., Slack bots, Jira workflows, Zoom add-ons, Office 365 connectors), ensuring reliability and security.</li> <li>Drive and/or otherwise assist with SaaS application deployments, upgrades, and migrations.</li> <li>Manage vendor relationships, driving accountability on critical issues and providing feedback to influence product roadmaps where appropriate.</li> <li>Document troubleshooting processes, scripts, and technical solutions for knowledge sharing.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li>8+ years of progressive experience in systems engineering, SaaS administration, or platform engineering, with a demonstrated track record of senior-level technical ownership.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Expert-level experience with Slack admin console, GSuite (Google Workspace), Zoom admin portal, Jira administration, ProofPoint, and Office 365 tenant management.</strong><strong>Strong expertise in identity and access management, including SSO integrations, MFA, and directory services (Okta).</strong><strong>Advanced scripting and automation skills in PowerShell, Python, or comparable languages, with experience building reusable tools and integrations.</strong><strong>Proven ability to debug APIs and integrations between enterprise SaaS platforms.</strong><strong>Fluency with log analysis platforms, monitoring dashboards, and observability tooling.</strong><strong>Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset — proven track record of resolving “unsolvable” issues.<br>Very strong ‘can-do’ attitude with a strong desire to partner with the Engineering and Security teams that we work with every day.&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in a SaaS, startup, or high-growth tech environment.</li> <li>Familiarity with device management platforms (Intune, Jamf).</li> <li>Knowledge of security/compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO27001, HIPAA).</li> <li>Experience with automation and/or AI platforms.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>#LI-SG2</p> <p><br>#LI-Hybrid</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>About us:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>ZoomInfo (NASDAQ: GTM) is the Go-To-Market Intelligence Platform that empowers businesses to grow faster with AI-ready insights, trusted data, and advanced automation.
