It means operating under strict regulatory, security, and data-governance requirements for financial institutions and other regulated industries. This includes secure call records, robust encryption, strict access controls, comprehensive audit logging, data-privacy protections (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), and adherence to industry certifications and audit standards.</p> <p>This is a hands-on technical leadership role. You will design and build automated compliance validation frameworks, define and evolve compliance testing strategies, and integrate quality deeply into our development lifecycle.
