Carrier (insurance company) access is our core value proposition — it's why agents come to us and how they grow their business. You'll own how agents discover carriers, request access, and get to the point of quoting across 150+ carrier relationships, working closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and our US-based business team, plus carrier partners directly.</p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="18134" data-local-id="828a412a43e0">Because our carrier partnerships are growing fast, this isn't a pure-builder role — you'll spend real time coordinating access requirements and go-to-market timing directly with carriers and the business side, which means you'll naturally<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"> </span>end up acting as an informal leader for a wide group of people who don't report to you. That's exactly why we're looking for someone who can genuinely inspire the people around them and bring them along — not through authority, but through the strength of their thinking and how they frame a problem.</p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="18134" data-local-id="828a412a43e0">We want people to want to work with you, not feel like they have to.</p> <h2 data-renderer-start-pos="18857" data-local-id="cfd94e7c1aaa"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">What You'll Do</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Drive Your Own Discovery: find and define problems yourself — through data, agent conversations, and carrier feedback — not off a backlog someone hands you.</li> <li>Drive Product Strategy - own the roadmap for carrier discovery and access.</li> <li>Decide what's worth solving, and defend that call with reasoning, not intuition.</li> <li>Own the Carrier Store end-to-end — the marketplace where agents discover and request carrier access — and the workflows behind 150+ carrier processes.</li> <li>Coordinate directly with carrier partners and our US-based business team on access requirements and go-to-market timing.</li> <li>Bring engineering, design, and whoever else is needed (finance, marketing, sales, support) into a shared story around a problem — influence without formal authority is core to how this role gets things done.</li> <li>Define and track KPIs (e.g. time from request to access, conversion), and prioritize by impact.</li> </ul> <h2 data-renderer-start-pos="20590" data-local-id="859902bace1e"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">What You Bring</strong></h2> <ul> <li data-renderer-start-pos="20608" data-local-id="a7f0661d1994">You're currently or most recently working as a Product Manager, ideally 4+ years in.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="20696" data-local-id="bc1199f77bcf">You're outcome-driven, not delivery-driven.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="20743" data-local-id="abd8c08c1d26">You've owned a product genuinely end to end: your own discovery, your own data analysis, direct conversations with users and partners.&nbsp;</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="21148" data-local-id="0f4de4da2b4c">You know how to influence without authority — getting engineers, designers, and carrier partners on board with your point of view through the strength of your reasoning and how you frame things, not through your job title.&nbsp;</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="21562" data-local-id="474a892abffd">You're comfortable without a rigid playbook.
