Follow us on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.</em></strong></p> <div data-ccp-timestamp="1778064930732"> <table style="border-collapse: collapse; width: 177pt;" width="236"> <tbody> <tr style="height: 409.5pt;"> <td class="xl109" style="width: 177pt; height: 409.5pt;" width="236" height="546">Email Business Analyst<br>Location: Pune, India<br>Position Overview: The Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting Business-<br>As-Usual (BAU) operations related to email systems, as well as Information Technology<br>Application Owner (ITAO) activities.<br>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<br>• Gather, analyse, and document requirements for email BAU processes and ITAOrelated<br>initiatives.<br>• Coordinate with IT, business units, and compliance teams to ensure email<br>systems meet regulatory and operational standards.<br>• Support ITAO responsibilities including risk assessments, application lifecycle<br>management, and audit preparations.<br>• Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training<br>materials for email-related applications.<br>• Ensure adherence to data protection policies and information security guidelines<br>in all email operations.<br>• Collaborate on automation and optimisation initiatives to streamline BAU and<br>ITAO processes.<br>REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS<br>• Strong analytical and communication skills, with experience in business process<br>mapping.<br>• Knowledge of email systems, IT governance, and compliance frameworks.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and prioritise<br>effectively.<br>• Experience with documentation, user support, and stakeholder management.<br>• Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and JIRA.<br>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS<br>• Experience in BAU operations and ITAO roles within large organisations.<br>• Understanding of Indian and global data protection regulations.<br>For internal use only<br>•<br>Certification in business analysis or IT governance (such as CBAP, ITIL, or similar).<br>This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the stability and compliance of critical email infrastructure, while developing expertise in IT application ownership and business analysis.</td> </tr> </tbody> </table> </div> <p>If you're eager to join a dynamic organization that values your contributions and offers abundant growth opportunities, we encourage you to apply.
