Your primary focus will be supporting partners in the field through readiness validation, hands-on technical mentoring, implementation QA, and escalation support. You will own the delivery &amp; technical best practice enablement for select Partners, bridging the gap between readiness and autonomy through structured oversight and execution support.</p> <p>This is a new role designed to scale our partner delivery motion through quality assurance, delivery standardization, and technical guidance, ensuring that every implementation, whether delivered by LogicMonitor or our partners, meets the bar for excellence.</p> </div> <p><strong>Here's a closer look at this key role:<br></strong></p> <ul> <li>Refine the technical side of LogicMonitor’s partner delivery assurance program, including readiness assessment, hands-on coaching, QA review, and delivery quality standards</li> <li>Work closely with our Technical Enablement team to ensure awareness and compliance with badge and certification prerequisites that are designed and delivered by the training team</li> <li>Work closely with Professional Services, Technical Enablement, and Solutions Engineering to define what a “good” implementation looks like and how we measure a successful partner delivery</li> <li>Review partner consultant work, technical demos, and implementation outcomes to coach, guide, and validate delivery readiness</li> <li>Act as the main technical point of contact for partners as they start delivering projects, answering questions, reviewing configurations, and helping them troubleshoot blockers</li> <li>Participate in early projects by shadowing or co-working with partners to ensure they’re applying best practices and meeting expectations</li> <li>Surface recurring partner gaps and contribute to building tools, templates, and technical resources to support partner success at scale;
