The Case Referral Associate ensures that processes and procedures are followed, maintains communication with the referring attorney and insurance companies.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong> </span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Monitor and follow-up with all Referred Cases</strong></span>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Communicate with referring attorneys to gather information about each case.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Filed Suit – Receive Court Stamped Petition.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Check Received – Update Case.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Withdrew – Receive Withdraw letters that include WLG in them.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Save all information received in the Docs folder.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Update all cases with case notes.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Escalate to Manger any referring attorneys that will not respond.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Have quarterly in person meetings with Referring Attorneys.</span></li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Obtain and Save Contract on PNC referrals from Referring Attorneys</strong></span>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Follow-up with Referring Attorneys on PNC referrals.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Obtain and Save Contracts.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Update Class Codes.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Close rejected Cases.</span></li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Refer out cases as instructed by WLG attorneys</strong></span>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Monitor the TBR List.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Send cases to the Referring Attorney.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Follow-up with Referring Attorney as to whether or not they accept the case.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Follow-up with WLG Attorneys on Client Consent.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Send the full case to Referring Attorney.</span></li>
</ul>

<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Follow-up on Retained Interest Cases</strong></span>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Call Insurance Companies to see if settlement reached</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Look up county court records to see if suit filled</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Call Client as needed</span></li>
</ul>

</ul>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Education Requirements</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">High school diploma or GED equivalent</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Physical Requirements</strong>: </span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Office environment with normal business hours necessary to satisfactorily perform job functions. </span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Stationary Position – Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time. </span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Move or Traverse – This position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, meeting rooms, office machinery, etc. May occasionally ascends/descends the stairs to get to other floors, cafeteria and parking area.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Dexterity – constantly operates a computer and other office machinery such as a copy machine/printer. </span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Move, Transport, Position, Put, Install, Remove - Occasionally moves supplies weighing up to 10 pounds for various presentation and event needs. </span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Communicate, Detect, Converse with, Discern, Convey, Express oneself, Exchange information - The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.</span></li>
