<p><strong>Project Manager PM</strong> – <strong>Agentic</strong> <strong>AI and Data&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Location:</strong> Pune / Hyderabad / Bengaluru / Mumbai / Chennai / Gurgaon</li> <li><strong>Notice Period:</strong> Immediate</li> <li><strong>Mandates: </strong>&nbsp;PM Skills + Agentic AI + Data Experience (see JD below)</li> <li><strong>Exp</strong>: Min 8+ years exp as a Project Manager&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p class="x_x_MsoNormal"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li class="x_x_MsoNormal">Lead and manage AI projects, including agentic AI initiatives, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.</li> <li class="x_x_MsoNormal">Oversee projects involving data mapping, data migration, and data quality management, ensuring alignment with business requirements.</li> <li class="x_x_MsoNormal">Plan, execute, and monitor digital transformation programs, including process digitization and customer journey enhancements.</li> <li class="x_x_MsoNormal">Maintain strong stakeholder engagement, influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams across regions.</li> <li class="x_x_MsoNormal">Apply Agile delivery methodologies and tools (Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence) for effective project execution.</li> <li class="x_x_MsoNormal">Implement robust project governance, including RAID logs, RACI matrices, and escalation processes.</li> <li class="x_x_MsoNormal">Proactively identify risks and issues, providing mitigation strategies and status reporting.</li> <li class="x_x_MsoNormal">Ensure clear communication and collaboration across cross-functional and cross-regional teams.</li> </ul> <p class="x_x_MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p> <p class="x_x_MsoNormal"><strong>Qualifications &amp; Skills:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li class="x_x_MsoNormal">8+ years of Project Management experience within Banking and Financial Services.</li> <li class="x_x_MsoNormal">Proven project management experience in AI initiatives.</li> <li class="x_x_MsoNormal">Hands-on exposure to agentic AI solutions within financial services or technology environments.</li> <li class="x_x_MsoNormal">Experience in data mapping, data migration, and data quality initiatives.</li> <li class="x_x_MsoNormal">Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills.</li> <li class="x_x_MsoNormal">Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.</li> <li class="x_x_MsoNormal">Familiarity with Agile frameworks, Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Slovakia Pay Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>₹2,000,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>₹2,800,000 INR</span></div></div></div>
