The Retail Sales Associate connects with guests in genuine and authentic ways, and shares information about the products. This position shares sales and promotions with guests aiming to meet or exceed sales targets. The Retail Sales Associate possesses the attention to detail necessary to ensure that the floor is fully stocked in a way that represents merchandising standards, knows how to identify guests’ needs and design ideas, and can help bring them to life. This position works from the Magnolia Silos Grounds in Waco, Texas. Ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment required.  </li> </ul> ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS  <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred </li> <li>0-1 years of related work experience preferred </li> <li>Must be available to work evenings, weekends, special events, and holidays </li> <li>All full-time employees must be available to open and close the store twice a week </li> <li>All part-time employees must be available to open and close the store once a week </li> </ul> PHYSICAL DEMANDS  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit; use hands and arms to reach, handle, feel; utilize fine motor dexterity of fingers; talk or hear and taste or smell. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee is frequently required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee is expected to utilize team lifting techniques when lifting bulky items or items weighing above 50 pounds and up to 120 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
