The role will focus on governance, portfolio oversight, reporting, financial tracking, and delivery support across complex business and technology programs.</p> <p data-start="500" data-end="716">The ideal candidate will have strong banking experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to manage PMO activities across large-scale transformation initiatives in regulated environments.</p> <h3 data-section-id="ls18e3" data-start="723" data-end="745">&nbsp;</h3> <p><strong>Key accountabilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage and drive continuous improvement of Non-Financial Risks impact assessment and management to support change delivery across Portfolio</li> <li>Engage with Group Transformation team to ensure continued alignment of IWPB ways-of-operating with Change Framework mandatory outcomes of NFR impact assessment</li> <li>Develop guidance on Data Control Impact Assessment and management, working in collaboration with Group Data Office</li> <li>Coordinate communications, implementation and embedding of NFR and DCIA tooling and process, and lead the BAU activities across Portfolio</li> <li>Drive active risk management practice across portfolio on identified non-financial risks throughout delivery lifecycle</li> <li>Work with Portfolio Assurance to determine the continuous monitoring approach for NFR including Data Control across Tier-1 portfolios, and evaluate the monitoring results for future improvement</li> <li>Design, develop, and produce regular NFR and DC dashboard / analytics, key control indicators, governance report including thematic read-across</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment or individually</li> <li>Strong relationship management skills, with experience building effective networks across business areas and developing relationships</li> <li>Self-starter with high level of drive and motivation</li> <li>Outstanding organisational and planning skills to cope with multiple large-scale responsibilities</li> <li>Excellent verbal communications skills; confident in presenting to a large audience</li> <li>Excellent analytical and problem solving skills including shaping insights into easy to understand conclusions</li> <li>SAFe Agilist, PMP, MSP or Prince2 training or certification is an advantage</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHY JOIN CAPCO?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Employment contract and/or Business to Business - whichever you prefer</li> <li>Possibility to work remotely</li> <li>Speaking English on daily basis, mainly in contact with foreign stakeholders and peers</li> <li>Access to required IT equipment</li> <li>Being part of the core squad focused on the growth of the Polish business unit</li> <li>A work culture focused on innovation and creating lasting value for our clients and employees</li> </ul> <p><strong>ONLINE RECRUITMENT PROCESS STEPS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Screening call with the Recruiter</li> <li>Competencies interview with Capco Hiring Manager</li> <li>Client’s interview</li> <li>Feedback/Offer</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="color: rgb(26, 26, 26);">#LI-Hybrid</span></p>
